1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using game.cash (the "Service," operated by STRIPIT INC., "we"/"us"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Official Contest Rules. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & identity

You must provide accurate registration information (legal name, date of birth, address) and keep it current. One account per person. To be eligible for cash prizes you must complete identity verification (KYC) through our payment processor (Stripe Identity) and payout onboarding (Stripe Connect). We may suspend or terminate accounts for false information, duplicate accounts, or suspected fraud.

3. Skill-based contests, not gambling

game.cash offers skill-based challenges scored by camera/AI on your physical performance. In v1, players do not wager money against each other. Cash prizes are funded by sponsoring brands as promotional skill contests; a paid subscription grants access to features but is not consideration to enter any prize challenge, and an equal free entry method is always available (see Official Rules). Outcomes depend on skill, not chance. Nothing here is an offer of gambling.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Manage or cancel anytime via the customer portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Free trials, promo codes, and comped access may be offered at our discretion and revoked if abused.

5. Prizes, payouts & taxes

Brand-funded prizes are awarded for qualifying performance per a campaign's published thresholds. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect to a verified account and may be held pending fraud review. You are responsible for all taxes on prizes; we may collect tax information (e.g., W-9) and issue 1099s where required. We may withhold or reverse payouts obtained through fraud, error, or rule violations.

6. Camera, biometrics & anti-fraud

Gameplay requires camera access. For payout-eligible challenges we run an identity and liveness check (face match against your enrolled reference, an active-liveness prompt, and a single-player presence check during play) to confirm the correct person is playing without substitution, photos, screens, or assistive devices. By using these features you consent to the processing of facial-geometry data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may record flagged sessions as fraud evidence. These measures are anti-fraud deterrents and not guarantees; we may void results or payouts we reasonably believe were obtained by cheating or impersonation.

7. Prohibited conduct

8. Geographic restrictions

Cash-prize eligibility may be unavailable in certain U.S. states or countries. Where unavailable, challenges are offered for non-cash Skill Points only. We determine eligibility from your verified address and/or network location. (Restricted-jurisdiction list to be finalized with counsel.)

9. Content & intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, software, and brand assets. Sponsor logos and marks belong to the sponsors. You retain rights to content you create but grant us a license to host, process, and display it to operate the Service (e.g., gameplay recordings, share clips). Do not upload content you lack rights to.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." Physical activity carries risk; consult a physician before strenuous play and stop if you feel unwell — you assume the risk of injury. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.

11. Disputes & arbitration

Most disputes can be resolved by contacting support. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's state of incorporation. To the extent enforceable, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration and you waive class actions. (Arbitration provider, venue, and opt-out to be finalized with counsel.)

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and re-acceptance may be required. Continued use means acceptance. Contact: service@stripit.ai.
