Official Contest Rules

Last updated: June 28, 2026 · Version 2026-06-28

1. No purchase necessary

A purchase or paid subscription does not improve your chance of winning and is not required to enter a prize challenge. A subscription only unlocks convenience features and additional monthly entries. A free entry method is always available (below).

Free entry method (AMOE). Every brand cash challenge can be entered for free: free-tier accounts receive a baseline number of entries per month at no cost, and additional free entries are available on request via the in-app prompt or by emailing service@stripit.ai with the campaign name. Free entries compete for the same prizes on the same scoring basis as any other entry.

2. Eligibility

3. How winners are determined (skill)

Each challenge is scored objectively by the camera/AI system on the player's physical performance (accuracy, timing, completion) against published thresholds. Ties are broken by the published tiebreaker (e.g., higher accuracy, then earliest qualifying time). Chance plays no part in determining winners. Spawn/beat sequences are seeded deterministically per campaign so all entrants face an equivalent challenge.

4. Prizes

Each sponsor campaign publishes its prize pool, the performance thresholds, and any caps (number of winners / participants). Prizes are funded by the sponsor and paid via Stripe Connect to verified accounts, typically after a fraud-review hold. Prizes are non-transferable; no cash substitution except at the operator's discretion. Odds depend on the number and skill of entrants.

5. Anti-fraud & verification

To protect prize integrity, payout-eligible attempts require a face/identity + liveness check confirming the registered player is performing, with no substitution, photo, screen, or device assistance, and a single-player-presence check during play. Attempts we reasonably determine to involve bots, recordings, AI-generated motion, impersonation, or other manipulation are disqualified and may result in account termination and forfeiture.

6. Geographic restrictions

Cash prizes are void where prohibited and may be unavailable in certain U.S. states or countries; affected players may still compete for non-cash Skill Points. (Restricted-jurisdiction list to be finalized with counsel.)

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes. We may require tax forms (e.g., W-9) and issue 1099s as required by law before releasing prizes above applicable thresholds.

8. General

By entering, participants agree to these Rules, the Terms, and the Privacy Policy, and release the operator and sponsors from claims arising from participation, to the extent permitted by law. The operator may modify, suspend, or cancel a campaign for fraud, technical failure, or legal reasons. Sponsor: identified on each campaign. Operator: STRIPIT INC. Contact: service@stripit.ai.
