A "Sponsor" funds promotional skill challenges ("Campaigns") on game.cash operated by STRIPIT INC. ("we"/"Operator"). The Operator hosts the Campaign, runs the challenge and scoring, verifies players, and distributes Sponsor-funded prizes to qualifying players. The Operator is an independent contractor, not the Sponsor's agent.
Before a funded Campaign goes live, the Sponsor must complete business verification (KYC) and provide tax documentation (e.g., W-9/W-8) and a valid payment method. The Operator may decline or pause Sponsors for incomplete verification, suspected fraud, or chargeback risk.
The Sponsor grants the Operator a license to display its name, logo, colors, and any supplied audio/creative to run the Campaign, and represents it owns or is licensed for those assets (including music rights for any uploaded track). The Sponsor will not run Campaigns that are illegal, deceptive, infringing, or that target minors or restricted products without compliance.
Campaigns run under the Official Contest Rules (skill-based, no purchase necessary, free entry available, void where prohibited). The Operator controls scoring, anti-fraud verification, eligibility, and winner determination. The Sponsor will not require purchase as a condition of entry or otherwise convert a Campaign into an unlawful lottery.
Sponsors receive aggregate and limited participation/results data needed to run and report on a Campaign. Sponsors do not receive players' biometric data or government IDs. Each party complies with applicable privacy law; player data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Each party warrants it has authority to enter this Agreement. The Sponsor indemnifies the Operator for claims arising from the Sponsor's assets, products, or instructions. Except for indemnity and payment obligations, each party's liability is limited as set out in the Terms; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may stop new Campaigns at any time; active Campaigns run to completion unless terminated for breach, fraud, or legal reason. The Operator may remove Campaigns or content violating these terms.
Governed by the Operator's state of incorporation; disputes per the Terms. This Agreement, the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Official Rules are the entire agreement. Contact: service@stripit.ai.
