game.cash is operated by GRC Labs, Inc. ("GRC Labs", "we", "us"). This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every game.cash subscription (Starter $9.99/mo, Athlete $14.99/mo, Champion $19.99/mo), trial, per-game unlock and any other paid feature. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of GRC Labs, Inc.
All subscription fees, per-game unlocks and other charges are final and non-refundable once billed, except (a) where a refund is required by applicable law, and (b) the refund you can earn through the Fit Points program described in Section 3. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, accidental renewals, failure to cancel before a renewal date, dissatisfaction with the Service, or inability to use the Service because of your device, camera, internet connection, physical space or health.
game.cash rewards movement. During each monthly billing cycle you earn Fit Points by working out in the arenas. A week "qualifies" when you meet the weekly active-days and Fit Points targets of your chosen goal level, as published in the app and in the program rules. At the end of a billing cycle we grade the cycle:

How the earned refund is paid. At our election, an earned refund is paid either (i) to the original payment method used for that cycle, or (ii) as an account credit applied against your next subscription charges. Refunds to a payment method are issued through Stripe and typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Program rules. The refund is subject to the Fit Points program rules in force during the cycle, including: minimum active time per session, session and daily Fit Points caps, anti-fraud and anti-farming checks (camera-verified movement only; no pre-recorded video, scripts or spoofing), the requirement that the subscription remains in good standing (paid, not disputed) through the end of the cycle, and the requirement that the subscription was actually billed for that cycle (a free trial period does not generate a refund). Weeks that ended before you joined the program are excused and excluded from the count. We may adjust goal levels, point values and caps prospectively; changes never reduce a refund already earned for a completed cycle.
Voiding. We may withhold, reduce or reverse an earned refund where we reasonably believe it was obtained through cheating, spoofing, account sharing, multi-accounting or any other violation of the Terms, or where the underlying charge was refunded, disputed or charged back.
New members may be offered a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts automatically to a paid monthly subscription at the plan price you selected, and your payment method is charged on the conversion date and on each monthly renewal thereafter. You can see your trial end date on your dashboard and you will receive a reminder e-mail before the trial converts where required by law. One trial per person.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard: open Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal) and choose Cancel plan. You can also cancel by e-mailing service@grclabs.ai from the e-mail address on your account. When you cancel:
Upgrades and downgrades between Starter, Athlete and Champion can be made in Manage billing; changes are prorated by Stripe onto your next invoice. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you may cancel before then.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at service@grclabs.ai — most issues are fixed within two business days. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge you authorized under this Policy may result in suspension of your account, forfeiture of Fit Points and of any pending earned refund for the disputed cycle, and recovery of any amounts owed, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation or cooling-off rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your state or country (for example, certain automatic-renewal or consumer-protection statutes). Where such a law applies, we will honor it. Subject to those rights, this Policy is governed by the laws of your state or province of residence as recorded when you sign, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and forms part of the Terms of Service.
