How you earn your month back

Pick a goal level (Starter, Standard or Beast) when you join. A day is active when you hit your daily Fit Point target; a week is qualified when you hit both your active-days count and your weekly Fit Point total. Fit Points come from real movement your camera tracks in any arena.

  1. You must hold an active paid subscription for the whole billing cycle. Free trials and one-time arena unlocks are not refund-eligible.
  2. The refund is of the amount you actually paid for that billing cycle, after any discounts or promo codes.
  3. One refund per billing cycle, calculated when the cycle closes.
  4. A session needs at least 45 seconds of real movement to count. Fit Points are capped at 400 per session and 1,500 per day.
  5. Every refund is reviewed before payout. Your dashboard shows the status (pending review, approved, paid) and your refund history.
